3. Accounts and Listings

  • To create a listing, you must register for an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes any third party’s rights.

  • We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that breach these Terms or our content standards.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Listings operate on a monthly recurring subscription basis.

  • Payments are collected automatically each month via card until you cancel your subscription.

  • You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@produceandprovide.co.uk.

  • Your listing will remain active until the end of the paid period and will not renew thereafter.

5. Refund Policy

If you change your mind within 14 days of subscribing, you may request a full refund — provided your listing has not yet gone live.
After this period or once your listing is published, refunds are not generally available except where required by law.

6. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain ownership of all text, images, and other materials you upload to your listing (“User Content”).
However, by submitting User Content, you grant Produce and Provide a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote that content on our Website and associated marketing channels, for as long as your listing remains active.

You confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to use all submitted content.

  • Your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights or contain false or misleading information.

We may resize, crop, or format content to fit our Website layout, but we will not materially alter your information.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or interfere with its operation.

  • Copy, scrape, or use Website data for any commercial purpose without permission.
