We produce traditional, slow-grown meat and eggs with animal welfare, sustainability, and flavour at the heart of everything we do.

Our Dexter cattle are 100% grass-fed, raised naturally on pasture and conserved forage, with no grain or intensive finishing. This slow, grass-based system produces beautifully marbled beef with real depth of flavour.

Our grass-fed lamb is raised entirely outdoors, grazing pasture as nature intended. The result is tender, well-balanced lamb with a clean, natural taste that reflects the land it comes from.

Our pork comes from outdoor-reared pigs, kept with space to roam, root, and behave naturally. Living outside with fresh air, bedding, and shelter produces pork that is full of flavour and texture.

Our free-range hens live outdoors with access to pasture, laying eggs with rich yolks and excellent freshness.

We believe in high welfare, low-input farming, working with the seasons rather than against them, and producing food you can trust—honest food, raised properly.
