About Our Farm
Kinkell Farm is a Scottish family farm proudly owned and run by Claire & David Hosie. Kinkell Farm and has been part of the Hosie Family for more than 140 years and is located in Lennoxtown within East Dunbartonshire just 12 miles from Glasgow City Centre. Claire & David have established 2 farm diversification projects which include a Vertical Farm growing a range of Microgreens and a No Dig Market Garden providing fresh seasonal vegetables grown in an agroecological manner, free from chemical pesticides or fertilisers. The No Dig method promotes healthy soil through minimal soil disturbance, Healthy Soil, Healthy Plants & Health People. Claire and David pride themselves on growing the best quality and nutritious farm fresh veggies which they supply to several local restaurants and families. They promote “know your farmer know your food” and want to reconnect people with how and where their food is grown

I have been using Kinkell for over two and a half years now and get a delivery most Saturdays. The fruit and vegetables they deliver are very fresh and absolutely delicious – so different from what you get at the supermarket. The veg boxes are fabulous but there is also the flexibility of ordering just what you want. The team are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to provide the best service they possibly can for their customers. A definite winner!
I order within Kinkell Farm every week their veggies and Microgreens are super fresh and delicious, you can really taste the difference compared to shop bought. Claire & Davy are only too happy to help with my orders and answer any questions I have. My two young kids both under 2 love their veggie purées. I want my family to eat chemical and pesticide free food, ordering with Kinkell Farm gives me that assurance.

We’ve been getting regular deliveries of veg and microgreens from Kinkell for a few years now. We’re always delighted with the quality and variety. It’s great to be eating ‘in season’ veg and the food miles are low – less than two!!
I’ve been using Kinkell farm for veg deliveries for a while now, and absolutely love them! The fruit & veg is so fresh & tasty, you can tell the difference from regular shop bought produce. I look forward to my regular deliveries, and it gives me an incentive to try new recipes, as there’s such a range of different veg in the variety veg boxes. Highly recommend! 🙂
