Hi from Jonesy’s Farm.

We are a small family dairy farm, selling our own beef and pork from the farm.

Our beef comes from our own dairy herd, and their beef cross calves.

When a cow finishes her milking career, normally the beef enters our food chain silently, through large abattoirs and landing on our supermarket shelves.

But instead, we ensure that she is respectfully finished and butchered carefully to be celebrated for what it is. Excellent quality, sustainable and with incredible flavour.

Mature beef like ex-dairy, brings a real depth of flavour that only time can develop. It is wonderful in mince, stews, burgers and slow roasted, but equally delicious in a well cooked steak!

This is just honest British beef. No small print. No mystery supply chains.
