Pop Up Shop & Butchery open Thursdays, Fridays 10.00 – 18.00, Saturday 9.30 – 15.00 (opening hours posted weekly on Facebook). Local foods with good flavours , from cheese to bread and veg., but specialising particularly in beef. We are one of the world’s fifeen “Masters of Meat” and Slow Food “Arc of Taste”.

We have our own Butchery, which does do selective meats, but focuses on Hardiesmill Grass-Fed Beef, which is considered some of the top Beef in the World. All Hardiesmill beef is from our herd of pure-bred Aberdeen Angus cattle, all born, reared, aged and butchered here on the farm by our in-house Master Butcher. He cuts the largest range of steaks in Britain, so that we can match your preference for taste, tenderness &/or texture.
