Deersbrook Farm is tucked away in the north Essex countryside. We have a stunning, single suckler herd of Sussex cattle, certified Pasture for Life, are 100% grass fed. Producing the finest beef which has an elevate nutritional density, not to mention wonderful complex depth of flavour, succulent fine grained meat. Our herd of Gloucester old spot and Oxford sandy and black pork also come directly from the farm here at Deersbrook. Along this we stock local free range lamb, poultry, wild venison (seasonally), eggs, vegetables plus the farm shop shelves are full of local honey, spice mixes, home made brownies, local ice creams, cheeses, fresh bread and drinks. We are passionate about local fresh produce, benefiting the environment and providing fantastic food to you.
