We raise grass fed Welsh Lamb, Hogget, Mutton, & Grass fed Hereford/Dexter Beef.
We sell these as meat boxes

Lamb, Hogget & Mutton half or whole. A whole box consists of two Legs half or whole, Loin & Chump Chops, two Shoulders half or whole, Neck chops, Breast & any offal that is passed as fit a half box is half of this.
Breast can be minced for a small additional cost.

Beef comes in 10 & 15 kg boxes
Roasting Joints, Sirloin or Rump Steaks, Braising Steaks, Mince, Diced Beef & Burgers

All slaughtered within 2 miles of our top farm, hung, butchered and vacuum packed so you can put it straight in your freezer
We pride ourselves with excellent customer feedback and reviews on our meat boxes
All meat is packed in chiller boxes with ice packs and sent to you next day delivery.

We only slaughter when we are happy that the animals are ready, we generally have lamb or hogget available every two to three months and beef boxes 3 times a year. we take advance orders also to avoid disappointment.
