Half Lamb Boxes consist of 2 shoulder joints, 2 leg joints, loin chops, cutlets, chump chops, neck & mince or dice.
Whole lamb box is the above doubled!

Quarter Mutton Box £75, minimum 5.5kg, consisting of 1 leg joint, 1 shoulder joint, loin chops OR cutlets & chump chops, mince OR dice.
Half Mutton Box £140, minimum 11kg, consisting of 2 leg joints, 2 shoulder joints, loin chops, cutlets, chump chops, mince OR dice.
