About Our Farm
A first-generation farming family committed to tried and trusted methods but with an eye on innovation. We are graziers and butchers working with nature to produce the very best food from livestock. We have our own butchery on site.
Our beef cattle are a mix of native bred cows – Aberdeen Angus, Hereford, Galloway and Beef Shorthorns. They are completely grass-fed, grazing on our own meadows as well as the RSPB wetlands, where they help to create the perfect habitat for all things natural.
We produce pork from our locally famous Bramblebee Old Spot pigs, bred from resilient native breeds and dining on the very best cereals from our own fields and those of our neighbours.
We also produce raw milk from our Jersey and Jersey cross cow micro dairy. They are milked once a day, which means less stress and worries on the cows and us, allowing the cows to have a easy more relaxed life and us time to undertake all other farm duties. The cows rear their calves for around 15 weeks, to give them best possible start in life.

Cannot recommend Bramblebees enough – we get a meal box most weeks and it’s always plenty for over a week and the quality of the meat is exceptional- we have yet to be disappointed!
Bramblebee Farms milkshakes are amazing and the nitrate-free bacon is the best I’ve had. The farm shop is packed with delicious home-grown produce with so much choice and it’s great that you can order online too. How it should be – supporting local farmers while knowing you’re buying fresher and healthier food.
